Technician Lexi was a big help providing troubleshooting details and information. She was able to help identify the parts needing to be replaced and offered to send "how to" emails directly to me regarding their product. I would be happy to work with her again, if future repairs were needed. 70 percent of my business is repair and EWheels did a great job supporting their product.
My parents bought 2 of them. We had a connection problem with one at first, but I got in touch with the company and Lexi helped me figure it out promptly. My parents love their scooters. Thanks Lexi!!

*THE GOOD
Very good scooter, sturdy, quick, and comfortable. This scooter seems to be the best all-around mobility scooter there is for the price, easy to travel around the city and maneuverable enough to travel into stores.
I'll name off some great things about this scooter. Great battery range, good clearance off the ground, scooter does not struggle to go up inclines even with 300lbs on the scooter, extremely maneuverable, suspension and tires are very nice, fast, scooter does not jolt forwards or backwards with throttling up or down, chair is nice, display is good, and the scooter is easy to operate.
All these things make it a great scooter for doing just about anything. Very good at running errands, easy and quick to travel to the store and easy to drive around inside the store.
*THE BAD
Not much.
Main thing is that the lights aren't nearly as bright as I would want them to be, but they're OK.
Other than that we are having some problems with our specific scooter, pretty bad paint run and there is also a damage mark/dent in the same area as well some very minor marks not shown in the pictures. Last problem with our specific scooter is when we first got it recently there was a very faint squeaking coming from the left rear tire, it's off and on but very noticeable and squeaking a lot louder now.

I had great customer service from Lexi, Service Advisor. I bought a EW 36 last year around September and I stored it for Winter and never charged it during that time. When the warm weather finally arrived I went to charge the batteries and they were all dead. I decided to purchase 4 new batteries and someone hooked them up but it didn’t keep charge and the dash would blink when it was on. I was able to drive it for short distance but didn’t keep charged and acted like a electrical problem. I called the service number on a Saturday and business was closed and left a voice Mail and early Monday morning I received a callback from Lexi. I explained to her the issues and she pointed out that this sounds like battery is hooked up wrong and also could be the controller and said she will be gladly email me a service repair manual that shows basically issues you can solve by reviewing the how to and hoping that the customers can fix on their own without spending money for service repair. We received the manual and we realized right away the batteries were hooked up wrong. She saved us so much time and probably lots of $ sending me the manual and being so professional explaining what the issues could be. She is a very nice person and it was a pleasure talking to her.
Worst consumer experience ever. Bought a scooter thru Amazon that didn't run after assembly. Over the next five weeks, Ewheels insisted it was the batteries, kept requesting videos of the control panel, eventually sent out new batteries, still a no go; they then refused to send out a repair person or pick up the scooter for repair. Requested and received a refund from Amazon, and called a local scooter service company. Surprise, it wasn't the batteries, and Ewheels refused to sell them the control parts needed to repair it. End result, the scooter's in the scrap pile and I bought a scooter from the delightful service people. Buyer, beware!
Just got off the phone with Lexi. The scooter stopped working although I knew it was getting power, the dashboard lights were working but the blue light flashed. Charging did nothing. Lexi was able to quickly diagnose the problem (that would be me) and helped to resolve the issue. The scooter had been dropped into neutral, the gear lever on the back looked like it was in gear when in fact it was not. Once Lexi explained I needed to re-enage the drive all was well. Great service and advice, my wife is now able to be more independent at the store and my back is happier as well since my wheel chair pushing is way less.
Awesome customer service. Will come again soon. Thank you for my e bike. I am a satisfied customer. They will go above and beyond in all that they do. Highly recommended

Lexi is very patient & stays in contact with you until any problem is resolved. Having a semi-impatient husband that wanted answers almost before the question was asked (!) made us frequently in contact with Lexi by phone & email.
Lexi was always professional, cheerful & sympathetic to our problem. Ultimately through photos we sent & her consultation with a co-worker the problem was identified & a wonderful friend of ours put the scooter together perfectly. Yay!
Lexi was terrific. And even through her emails to us we could sense her concern to help us. And, she did.
Lexi deserves a raise or an extra day off or a special parking spot! You should be proud of her!
